Six Feet: Americans Don’t Measure Distance Well

The above photo is simply meant (I believe) to provide us a reminder to “social distance”. But, arm’s length is certainly not six feet. A good judge of distance would probably be more like 2 1/2 of this woman’s arm to equate to six foot of space.
